2026 WELCOME MESSAGE FOR STUDENTS OF AZMAN UNIVERSITY, KANO (AUK)
Dear students, I welcome you all to the 2026/2027 academic session with great pleasure, and I assure you it will be full of exciting opportunities. The Azman University family will be with you throughout the session to provide guidance and support, for you to succeed.
For the returning students, I hope your holiday was worthwhile and we are eager to hear about your internship experiences. Having rested well, I hope you have returned with all eagerness to face your intellectual pursuit. I wish you the best of luck in this new session.
I congratulate the new students, on becoming part of Azman university family. We are delighted to have you join us and we assure you that we will make your stay successful and worthwhile. As you commence this new, exciting, chapter, be certain that, all the staff at Azman university will be available for you and they will happily guide and help you to achieve your dreams.
Dear students, we assure you of quality education and skills training. But you have to do your part, that is, know why you are here, be determined to succeed and, remain focused. This is because no matter how prepared we are to make you succeed; we cannot make it happen without readiness to learn from your part. Therefore, you must focus on your studies and also be of good character because no matter how good you are academically, without good character you will not be awarded a degree. Consider this as your chance to learn, build your future and make new friends. Make sure you only engage with good friends who can motivate you to attain your goals and don’t allow yourselves to get distracted from your studies through bad influence or by bad friends.
The library should be your second home after the classroom. It is comfortable, user friendly with qualified staff to assist you. It is equipped with online resources to make learning easier for you.
It is important that you believe in yourself, that, you have confidence in yourself that, you have the capacity and ability to excel. Always say to yourself, ‘I can do it’, because indeed you can. All that is required is for you to make up your mind. So, I want you to carry on, make up your mind and make us and your parents/wards/guardians proud. I wish you success.
